Accommodation: 4 days/3 nights with the luxury tent experience - you'll have your own doubled bed - shared accommodation.

Food: Food included on Friday July 26th, 2024 (dinner), Saturday July 27th, 2023 & Sunday July 28th, 2024 (breakfast/lunch/dinner/afternoon tea) and Monday July 29th, 2024 (breakfast/morning tea). Tea and coffee will also be served throughout the day. 

Access to Ange & Grant: We will be there to support you through the various meditations and to guide you throughout the weekend. 

Reiki Session: Grant has completed his Reiki Level 2 and would love to provide you a Reiki session if you feel like this would help your healing journey.

Community & Connection: Be surrounded by inspiring and amazing humans who all want to grow and even leave with long-lasting friendships post-retreat

OPTIONAL - We're currently looking to work with a local massage therapist and if you'd like a massage this will be an additional cost which we'll discuss later.

Saturday July 27th, 2024

6:45am - 8:00am Yoga and morning meditation

8:00am -9:00am - Breakfast

9:30am - 11:00am - Meditation nature walk

12:30pm - Lunch 

2:30pm - Afternoon meditation session

3:30pm - Afternoon tea 

6:30pm - Dinner 

7:30pm - Evening meditation session

Sunday July 28th, 2024

6:45am - 8:00am Yoga and morning meditation

8:00am -9:00am - Breakfast

9:30am - 11:00am - Meditation nature walk

12:30pm - Lunch 

2:30pm - Afternoon meditation session

3:30pm - Afternoon tea 

6:30pm - Dinner 

7:30pm - Evening meditation session & fire ceremony

9:00am - 10:00am - Heart meditation session

10:00am - 11:00am - Closing session 

11:00am -12:00pm - Morning tea and final good-byes
