Podcast Guest Terms & Conditions – "Take Over the Mic" Paid Solo Episode

By purchasing a paid solo episode on The Angela Henderson Online Business Show, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

Ownership & Consent

You consent to the recording and distribution of your voice and performance as part of The Angela Henderson Online Business Show.

You acknowledge that Angela Henderson (“Podcaster”) is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the podcast, including the final audio recording, all associated content, and any promotional or derivative materials.

You grant the Podcaster full rights to use your name, image, likeness, brand, photos, website links, and any materials provided in connection with your episode, marketing assets, and promotional activities.

You understand that you will not receive any ownership rights, editorial control, or creative direction over the final content.

What’s Included in Your Package

As part of your "Take Over the Mic" package, you will receive:

- One (1) solo podcast episode — you record it, we handle the editing, polishing, and publishing

- One (1) mention at the end of the podcast - an offer you have for the audience

- One (1) social media post across our social media channels

- One (1) feature in our monthly podcast email to our subscriber list

- Approved business links included in the podcast episode show notes

Promotion & Selling Policy

To maintain the value of the podcast for our audience, please carefully review the following participation guidelines:

- You may not self-promote or sell during the main content of your episode.

- You are allowed to mention one (1) approved offer (e.g., freebie, lead magnet, or opt-in) only at the end of your episode during your closing.

- Your approved offer must match what you submitted in your podcast application form and must be pre-approved by Angela Henderson.

- If the submitted recording contains multiple promotions or sales pitches, your episode will be rejected, and no refund will be provided.

Submission Timeline & Refund Policy

You have four (4) weeks from the date of purchase to submit your recorded episode.

If your recording is not received within this timeframe, your episode spot will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

All sales are final. Your payment confirms your agreement to these terms and secures your promotional placement. There are no refunds on this offer.

Disclaimer of Results

While we will promote your episode as outlined, the Podcaster makes no guarantees regarding audience reach, business growth, leads, revenue, or other outcomes from your appearance.

Your participation does not guarantee episode publishing if the final recording breaches any of the above terms.

Release of Liability

By participating, you release and discharge the Podcaster from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the creation, distribution, or use of your podcast episode and any associated content or materials.

Agreement

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
